Welcome to Zendesk for USOSM where you can view all your requests from one place!!! Below is how to sign into your Zendesk account for the first time. We recommend bookmarking the website in your browser.

Step 1

OPEN the Zendesk Customer website: https://usosm.zendesk.com/.

**DO NOT USE THE AGENT LOGIN PAGE!! PLEASE USE THE CUSTOMER SIGN IN ONLY!!**

Step 2

Click on FORGOT PASSWORD?

Step 3

Type your EMAIL and click SUBMIT.

Step 4

Check your EMAIL INBOX for instructions on resetting your Zendesk password.

Step 5

Use your EMAIL ADDRESS and NEW PASSWORD to sign in at https://usosm.zendesk.com/.
